Chairman of the Board
Eddie’s family has been involved with flood Student Missions for over a year and a half since their move from Southern CA, but he has recently joined the Board of Directors. Eddie has served as the past Chairman and Board member of several non-profit Organizations including Boy Scouts of America, Orange County, CA. In addition, Eddie has served in Middle School Ministry for the past 10+ years. Eddie is currently the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Rollins, Inc. and has been married to his wife Mayra for 20 years and has two sons, Nicky (19) and Mitchell (16).
Susan is a sales and marketing strategist who feels rewarded when she can help others find their successes. Originally from the Midwest, she relocated to Atlanta with her family in 2005. She has been an active volunteer in various church capital campaigns, church start-up and growth, children’s ministries and women’s ministries. She has also served on non-profit boards, school booster boards and is always willing to roll up her sleeves to get things done. Susan and her family currently attend Browns Bridge Church. Susan is excited that her high school children, Brayden and Bryce, are also involved in flood missions at their school. She and her husband, Robert get so excited when they see kids wanting to share their time and talents with others and feel led to provide those opportunities when and where they can.
Finance Committee Lead
Jim is a native of Atlanta currently living in Milton. He has been involved in many not for profit organizations his entire life. He has an MBA from Georgia State University and has spent the majority of his career in Healthcare. Jim is currently an independent consultant for several large Healthcare organizations. Jim has been married to his wife Cyndi for 23 years and has two daughters, Rachel and Sarah – both of whom have participated in FLOOD.
Rebecca is a recent graduate from the University of Georgia with a degree in business management. She met Kimberly while in school at Bridgeway Christian Academy and has been a part of flood since its creation in 2007. She has served in various leadership positions with flood and was a Young Life leader while in school in Athens. Currently she lives in Buckhead, attends Grace Midtown, and works as the southern representative for a pasta company in New Jersey. If not hanging out in Whole Foods, you can find Rebecca scuba diving, hiking, sampling oysters, or cooking for a crowd.

Beth is the co-founder of Post Exchange, a corporate catering business launched in 1993. Before that she was the small business specialist for the Economic Development District in NM. Beth has established two non-profits at local schools and has served on numerous boards. She learned of flood student missions form her younger son, who served on leadership in the Cambridge chapter for 2 years. She his excitement and spiritual growth evolve from his involvement with flood, Beth was moved to serve in this vital mission. Beth has been married to her business partner, Rick, for 33 years. They have three wonderful sons, 23, 19, and 17 whom they continue to learn from and be blessed by everyday.

Brian has been a Jesus follower since 2003. He is the Founder/Executive Director of the Christian Business Network (renamed Christian Marketplace Network). Brian has over 25 years of professional sales/sales management experience. He is blessed to be married for 24 years with 3 children.

Currently serving with flood as the Chapter Coordinator at Forsyth Central High School, Charlie joined our Board of Directors with the desire to do his part in helping Flood as we continue to grow. Before coming to flood, Charlie has served as a leader in the Children’s ministry for the past 5 years at Passion City Church in Atlanta, GA as well as a community group leader for the church, where he met Kimberly Scales, Executive Director. Charlie lives in Forsyth County where he co-owns and operates several businesses which include DC MicroTechnology, Ascension Mixed Martial Arts and Platinum Sound and Events. His passion is to share the gospel and loves the opportunity that flood provides to do so, by serving those in and around our community.

Rhonda was introduced to flood Student Missions by her son’s small group leader and immediately felt compelled to get involved. Her heart for serving others, combined with her passion for raising up the next generation to be ambassadors for Christ, led her to devote her time and resources to the ministry. Rhonda’s full-time mission field is her career in residential real estate with Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty, where she has successfully served thousands of families in Metro Atlanta over the last 20+ years. Rhonda and her family are members of North Point Community Church, where she is a Starting Point leader. She enjoys running, tennis, traveling, and spending time with her husband, Robert, their son, Hunter, and Buddy, the family Goldendoodle.
Kimberly is an Atlanta native who loves the city she grew up in. She received a BA from Berry College in Rome, GA and her Masters of Education from West Georgia. After working many years in youth service and youth leadership with schools, non-profit organizations, and local governments, Kimberly is now the Executive Director for flood, which she founded in 2007. Watching students serve is Kimberly’s passion as she as witnessed time and time again the amazing things that take place in the heart of a student when they give back to those less fortunate. Kimberly attends Passion City, loves to hike with her dogs, work in the yard, and spend time in local antique stores. Kimberly resides in Alpharetta with her husband of 23 years and her two children, Alex, 19 and Amelia, 17.
