Adults are a crucial piece to the success of flood and the work students do to provide hope in the community. There are many ways adults can serve with flood. If you see a role that you are interested in, complete the form below and someone from flood will get back to you shortly.
Adults are needed to serve as Chapter Coordinators for local schools. They serve as encouragers, motivators, and a source of support for the student leaders who work directly in the schools.
Adults can serve as Project Hosts for monthly SERVE NOW projects and BRING ON THE RAIN days of service. Project Hosts help drive and chaperone students to the actual service projects.
AREA ANCHOR TEAMS
Team of 6-8 adults who serve a local area to support, guide, and represent flood in the community. The Area Committee consist of the following roles: Prayer, Donor Care, Fundraising, Staff/Volunteer Care, Treasurer, Chair, and Alumni Representative
Our Prayer Team is the most behind the scenes role for flood but by far one of the most important. The team meets once a month as well as commits to praying daily for the ministry and our students.
SPECIAL EVENTS COMMITTEES
flood hosts an annual Benefit Gala and 5k Road Race each year. Adult volunteers are needed to assist with the coordination and implementation of these events.
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Volunteers who advise, govern, oversee policy and direction, and assist with the leadership and general promotion of flood so as to support the organization’s mission and needs.
