School Chapters are set up in high schools to recruit and engage students to serve at local projects, to raise awareness about social injustices, and have “in house” projects to support work with community partners. Each chapter has a teacher sponsor, a chapter coordinator, and student leaders that oversee the chapter at each school. With the help of flood adult leadership, student leaders are equipped with the skills and resources needed to develop and sustain thriving school chapters.
